The Office of Emergency Services is the NYS Department of Health approved Course Sponsor for Otsego County. It is through this affiliation that we are able to offer EMS training on a variety of levels. This training is conducted by NYS Department of Health Certified Instructors free of charge to students who are members of a recognized EMS Agency in New York State. Please contact our office of your local Emergency Squad or 1st Responder Agency for more information on becoming a member.
