The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a program to help households pay the cost of heating thier homes.

HEAP: Home Energy Assistance Program
  • Proof of Residency (rent receipt/copy of lease, mortgage statement, utility bill, deed, water/sewer bill or tax bill showing physical address)
  • Proof of Income (recent paystubs or income verification statements reflecting all household income)
  • Proof of Identification for all household members (photo ID, driver's license, birth certifcate, school records or passport)

  • Coal
  • Electricity
  • Kerosene
  • Natural Gas
  • Propane
  • Corn
  • Oil
  • Wood / Wood Pellets
