January 2016 the Stock family contacts the Sheriff's Office and STOP-DWI Program regarding Amy's vehicle and the desire to donate it for educational purposes.

February 2016, a meeting is held and a vision developed to tell Amy's story to educate the public on the dangers of Drinking and Driving and the unrelated consequences to innocent and uninvolved persons.

March 14, 2016, Sheriff Devlin meets with President Jeff Smith and engineers from Medical Coaches regarding the project. Medical Coaches gives full support with the project and are willing to assist.

March 2016, Sheriff Devlin contacts Police Officer Sam Owens of the Prosper Police Department, Prosper Texas as he coordinated the Amber Menefee Mobile Memorial Trailer in memory of Amber Menefee who was killed by a drunk driver on February 11, 2006. May 4, 2016, Amy's car is moved from Albany to Otsego County. The vehicle was taken to the Otsego Area Occupational Center where a press event was held. Students of the Center worked on the vehicle removing all vehicle fluids such as gasoline, oil, etc.

     

July, 1, 2016, trailer ordered

July 15, 2016, first pictures of the framed trailer are obtained.

            

July, 27, 2016, trailer is viewed at Medical Coaches Facility.

     

August 1, 2016, photo of Amy's car positioned in the trailer for layout of the trailer design.

August 2, 2016, the right side access panel for the glass is cut.

     

August 9, 2016, the trailer is reviewed for wrapping measurements, lighting and audio visual equipment.

     

August 29, 2016, the glass panels are installed.

       

September 21, 2016 the graphics are applied.

               

     

October 7, 2016, Medical Coaches Staff who worked on the trailer gather for a photograph before the trailer leaves. THANK YOU MEDICAL COACHES!!!!!!!!!!

   

   

 

October 7, 2016, the trailer is picked up at Medical Coaches and transported to the Sheriff's Office.
