- Located at the MOSA-operated Northern Transfer Station on NYS Route 28/80 one mile west of Cooperstown
- Open Wednesdays and Saturdays 8am - 2:30pm
- Recyclables accepted from any county resident
- Recyclables must be sorted and placed into on-site roll-off boxes for mixed containers, mixed paper, and cardboard
- Only solid waste that is both generated at a residence or small business and delivered by the resident or small businessman is accepted (no commercial haulers or contractors hired to remove waste may use this facility for solid waste deliveries)
- Fees are charged by MOSA for solid waste deliveries based upon number of bags or tonnage

- MOSA does NOT allow tow behind trailers at this site
